Our department in Bergen is growing and looking for Young Professionals within

• Safety, Automation & Safety (SAS)

• Electro

• Instrument

In Bergen, you will join a strong technical environment working across disciplines and project phases.
Whether you are a fresh graduate or early in your engineering career, we want to hear from you!

What will you be doing?
You will join our project teams and contribute to the delivery of world-class projects, collaborating closely with some of our most experienced engineers to gain hands-on expertise from day one!

• Work alongside a dedicated team within the EIT – SIT - CSNE Bergen department

• Collaborate with experienced engineers and develop your skills through learning-on-the-job

• Contribute to a wide range of projects — from Front End Studies to major modification projects and specialist services

• Develop expertise in field instrument engineering, electrical equipment, and intelligent electrical devices

• Deepen your understanding of control systems: hardware, I/O circuits/loops, logic, HMI, interface protocols, communication networks, and information security

• Tackle varied, challenging tasks spanning automation and multidisciplinary technical domains

We think you should have:

• A completed degree in a relevant field — graduates from 2023 onwards and those recently entering the workforce are encouraged to apply

• Trade certificate (fagbrev) as a foundation is a significant advantage and strongly preferred

• Study background relevant to one of the listed disciplines: SAS, Electro, Instrument, Telecom, Cyber Security, or Network Engineering

• A structured, proactive mindset — you enjoy planning, managing, and executing tasks on your own initiative

• Strong ability to learn quickly and a genuine enthusiasm for new technology and digitalization
