Pure Salmon Technology leverages RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) technology, designed to provide optimal conditions for land-based salmon farming.

We are now looking for a Purchaser to join our global procurement team.

In this position, you are responsible for executing procurement activities across assigned projects and categories, ensuring correct pricing, quality, and delivery in alignment with the global procurement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities for assigned projects and categories, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budgets, and schedules

• Maintain and follow up procurement plans, reporting, and tracking tools to ensure transparency and progress control

• Follow up purchase orders from order placement through final delivery of product or service, including expediting, logistics coordination, invoice control, and warranty handling

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and relevant regulations, including supplier due diligence and Transparency Act requirements

• Assist sales and tender teams with supplier offers, lead times, and procurement input for tender calculations.

• Book and coordinate logistics of goods from suppliers to construction sites, warehouses, or other delivery points, including cross-border shipments where applicable

Qualifications & experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education, preferably within supply chain, procurement or engineering

• 2-3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain

• Knowledge of Norwegian standard contracts such as NS 8416 and NS 8417 is an advantage

• Strong negotiation, analytic and communication skills

• Fluent in English and Norwegian (oral and written)
