Join Us as Operations Manager in Norway

We are an exciting and growing automotive testing company. Our current operations are situated in Norway in the Oslo region and Finnish Lapland, and we serve several premium automakers who are our key clients.
But we don’t just run testing stations, we aim to build a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
What you’ll be doing
As our Operations Manager in Norway, you’ll be the heartbeat of the station situated in the Oslo region, and also other test projects run in Norway, ensuring everything runs efficiently while supporting and developing our people.
Your key responsibilities include:
Manage overall testing station performance, project delivery, and lead operation/project managers
Oversee daily operations and coordinate internal activities
Lead and support the station team (operational staff)
Handle HR responsibilities: onboarding, personnel management (holidays, time off), and recruitment process including final hiring decisions
Responsible for finances: budgeting, approvals, invoice review, and supplier dialogue
Follow up on drivers: contracts, development, performance, and well-being
Act as the main point of contact for customers on station and operational topics
Manage facilities, buildings, and supplier relationships
Ensure training, competence development, and course planning for personnel
Support CISO-related responsibilities
Provide IT administration support

Communicate clearly and confidently in both Norwegian and English.
Have experience in managing operations (automotive or related industry background is a big plus)
Have strong understanding of Norwegian labour law, union structures, and operational HR practices
Are comfortable of handling administrative, financial, and technical tasks
Have an interest in IT systems and information security
