Our Digital Innovation & IT (DIIT) organization is a global in‑house technology team with about 40 employees in Norway, and another 30 in Romania, Vietnam, and the USA. We deliver modern and business‑critical platforms and applications for the entire company.
We are now looking for a Digital Workplace Manager who will take ownership of the areas where people meet technology in their daily work.

Duties and responsibilities
As Digital Workplace Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a team that plans, delivers, operates, and continuously improves digital and physical workplace services across VARD.
The role ensures that meeting rooms, audiovisual solutions, information screens, flexible workspaces, printers, and shared technical equipment function seamlessly and provide employees with a modern, efficient, and reliable work experience.
You will be responsible for both service quality and people leadership, and work closely with IT operations, security, facilities/buildings, HR, and the business.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading teams and taking HR responsibility
- Strong understanding of digital workplace and end‑user services
- Good technical insight into workplace technology, even if the role is not hands‑on
- Experience working across IT, facilities, and business functions
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable with ownership and coordination
- Professional communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English
- IT Infrastructure and Support operational experience
