Join Us as a Customer Service Associate - Temp

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to be the voice of Viking Footwear for our online customers. In this role, you’ll create great customer experiences while helping us continuously improve how we serve our community.
This is a 50% temporary position (6 months) based at our HQ in Oslo, reporting to the Head of eCommerce. Working hours are flexible within Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 15.00.
What you’ll do
Engage with customers across digital channels (email, phone, social media, and service platforms) to deliver helpful and friendly support.
Guide customers on products, fit, and features, helping them find the right choice for their needs.
Support customers throughout their online journey, including orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
Handle returns, refunds, and product claims in a smooth and professional way.
Provide basic support related to website functionality and customer accounts.
Collaborate with teams across eCommerce, logistics, marketing, and product to share insights and improve the customer experience.
Help with campaign-related tasks such as discount codes and product availability updates.
Always look for solutions that create value for both our customers and Viking Footwear.
About You
You enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
You are structured, solution-oriented, and communicate clearly.
You’re comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems.
You are fluent in Norwegian and English (additional Nordic or German languages are a plus).
Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage, but not required.
