Technical Sales Manager – Europe
We’re looking for an ambitious salesperson.
A person with a genuine hunter mentality - together with well engineering/construction expertise and a strong commercial drive.
At Enhanced Drilling, we deliver integrated well services from spud to completions using unique, field-proven technologies:
RMR® (Riserless Mud Recovery) for safer, more efficient top-hole drilling
EC-Drill®, a Controlled Mud Level (CML) managed pressure drilling system, enabling precise pressure control throughout the well
These are not conventional managed pressure drilling technologies, they fundamentally change how Operators drill their wells.
EDR’s technologies and services dramatically reduce well construction cost, increase production, and improve overall well delivery performance.
This role is not about account administration, although strong relationships with Operators and Drilling Contractors will be part of the role.
It’s about creating opportunities, building value cases, and driving the further adoption of technologies that are currently disrupting the global managed pressure drilling market
Your Role
You will identify, develop and close opportunities across the full well lifecycle:
Drive new business across Europe, APAC and Africa
Engage early in well concept selection and commercial shaping
Sell integrated well services enabled by RMR® and EC-Drill®
Translate technical performance into clear commercial value
Build and own a strong opportunity pipeline
Work closely with engineering to develop winning solutions
Build trusted, long-term relationships with operators and drilling contractors
Lead technical proposals, value cases and commercial discussions
What We’re Looking For
Well construction/engineering background with hands-on experience
Strong understanding of drilling operations
Completion experience is important, especially understanding drilling–completion interfaces
Familiarity with EC-Drill® (CML MPD) or Managed Pressure Drilling in general is an advantage
Strong commercial mindset — you understand value, risk, margins and timing
Experience with complex, high-value sales or business development
Hunter mentality combined with relationship-building skills
Fluent in English (Spanish/Portugese is a plus)
Practicalities
Primary location: Straume, Norway
Other locations may be considered
International travel required, including offshore
