Network Technician - 3rd Line Support

We are looking for an experienced Network Technician for a 3rd line support role in a pan-Nordic environment. You will join a highly skilled operations team delivering secure, high?performance network solutions to B2B and B2G customers across the Nordics.

In this role, you will work with troubleshooting and maintaining complex network environments, including SD?WAN, firewall, and WiFi solutions based on technologies from Fortinet, HPE Aruba, and Versa Networks. You will handle advanced cases and help ensure stable operations across one of Europe's largest and most complex ISP networks.

Contract duration: Approx. 6 months
Start date: As soon as possible

Key responsibilities

• 3rd line troubleshooting, incident handling, and escalations
• Operation and maintenance of Layer 2/3 networks and SD?WAN services
• Close collaboration with Network Operations and Engineering teams
• Documentation and knowledge sharing with Customer Service teams
  

Desired qualifications

• Strong experience with Fortinet solutions (FortiGate FW/SD?WAN, FortiSwitch, FortiAP)
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, and SD?WAN
• Experience with Versa and/or Aruba is an advantage
• Familiarity with ITIL and tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to obtain security clearance in the country of employment
