As a Logistics Operator, you play a key role in ensuring efficient and structured logistics operations on site. You are responsible for the handling, coordination, and documentation of goods and equipment, supporting daily operations and contributing to a safe, well-organized, and compliant site environment.

The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment according to established procedures, while maintaining accurate oversight of inventory and logistics flows. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely and correct delivery of resources needed for operations.

This position requires a structured and hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics tasks in a dynamic operational environment.

• Receive, register, and handle incoming and outgoing goods, materials, and equipment on site.

• Ensure that deliveries are checked against documentation and that discrepancies are reported and followed up.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure structured storage of equipment and materials.

• Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams, contractors, and external suppliers.

• Support planning and execution of equipment movement within the site, including staging and preparation when needed.

• Ensure that all logistics activities follow established procedures, safety requirements, and security protocols.

• Maintain documentation related to logistics, inventory, and equipment handling.

• Support general site operations by contributing to a well-organized and efficient working environment.

• Provide flexible support across operations, where tasks may vary depending on operational needs.

Skills & Experience

It is desirable that you:

• Have experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar operational role.

• Have experience with inventory management, goods handling, or site logistics coordination.

• Work in a structured and organized manner and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Have strong attention to detail and are able to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Are comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a coordinated work environment.

• Have a proactive and flexible approach to work, particularly in environments where priorities may shift.

• Are results-oriented and capable of working independently while taking initiative when needed.

• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and contribute positively to team dynamics.

• Have good communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and verbal.
