We’re hiring an Assistant Personnel Coordinator to join our Crewing team—supporting offshore operations and helping ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
This is a newly created positon, perfect if you enjoy structure, coordination, and working with people.
Key responsibilities
Travel arrangements. (flights, accommodation, logistics)
Visa applications and documentation.
Maintaining crew system and certificates.
Ensuring documentation is complete before mobilization.
Supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Tracking personnel appraisals. (ROV/Survey)
Collaborating with internal teams and external providers.
Qualifications
Relevant education in HR, administration, or logistics.(experience can compensate)
Experience in administration, logistics, HR, or similar is an advantage.
Offshore, subsea, or maritime experience is a plus—but not required.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and planning tools.
Quick to learn new systems.
Strong communication skills in Norwegina and English.
Personal qualities

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
