Description
With a load capacity of 2000 kg, the TCL 2000 flat lift table provides a solid platform for the safe transportation of materials. The dimensions of the platform are 1350 mm in length and 800 mm in width, while the overall height of the table is 100 mm.
By integrating a protective frame with an acknowledgement function, we guarantee smooth operation. Furthermore, a mechanical pipe rupture valve and an electromagnetic valve on the cylinder provide additional safety. To ensure reliable functionality, the scissor lift table has a pressure relief valve and constant flow valve. The lowering speed is individually adjustable to allow precise control of the lifting process.
The nominal load specification refers to a load that is evenly distributed over the entire platform. In accordance with the safety requirements of EN 1570-1, various distribution criteria must be met: including 100% of the rated load over the entire platform area, or 50% of the rated load over half the length of the platform, or 33% of the rated load over half the width of the platform.
The design of our TCL 2000 scissor lift table is characterized by a stable and torsion-resistant platform. The precision of cutting and processing is guaranteed by the use of state-of-the-art laser machines. Maintenance-free plain bearings are used in the scissors, while the hydraulic cylinders with chrome-plated piston rods and plunger cylinders ensure long-lasting and efficient performance. Approved lifting intensity: Maximum 5-6 strokes per hour in two-shift operation, or 5,000 strokes per year
