Plan, coordinate and manage subsurface work in IIN-operated licences, including geological evaluation projects, external specialist studies and contractor follow-up on quality, progress and results.
Represent INPEX Idemitsu Norge in licences and decision forums, acting as licence committee member where relevant, evaluating operators' proposals, and presenting company views and recommendations in the partnership and internal reviews.
Work closely across disciplines and borders, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining proactive dialogue with partners and INPEX HQ in Tokyo, and monitoring HSE aspects of licence activities.
