We are looking for a Team Leader for Pick & Pack Operations within aviation catering food & beverage logistics at Oslo Airport.

About the role

As Team Leader - Pick & Pack department, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of pick & pack activities, ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely and according to quality standards, for deliveries to outgoing flights.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines structure, accountability and people skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Pick & Pack operations
• Ensure flow of flight trolleys are completed and ready on time
• Monitor staff attendance, breaks and PPE compliance
• Maintain high standards for food safety, HACCP, HSE and operational procedures
• Report missing items, deviations, hazards and maintenance needs
• Other internal logistics tasks

We are looking for someone who has

• Team leader experience from similar or other industries
• Good English skills, both spoken and written 
• Norwegian language skills are a plus, but not a requirement
• A strong communicator and leadership skills
• Good at planning, organizing and following up 
• Committed to quality, safety and team performance 
• Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage
• You must be 20 years of age as you will be processing alcoholic products

Additional Information

• Location: Oslo Airport
• Work may take place in cold storage areas with low temps
• Shift rotation 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, including weekends and holidays
• To obtain background check, you must have lived continuously within the EU/Norway for the last five years (background check requirement)
