Become a key person in Boston Group's Nordic growth journey
We are looking for an experienced KAM/Account Manager who is passionate about building and developing a portfolio within new customers and our new vendors. You have a natural talent for creating opportunities, likely industry experience and the ability to communicate strategically with decision-makers.
As part of our new Norwegian department, you will be a key player in Boston Group's growth journey in the Norwegian market. We are looking for a candidate who will not only join us - but will buy into the journey and help us shape the future.
About the position and primary tasks
Develop relationships with new key customers within multiple vendors.
Maintain and further develop existing Norwegian customers
Identify new business opportunities and create long-term partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies and ensure fulfillment of KPIs
Participate in negotiations and contract signing
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Budget management and forecasting
Professional qualifications
Solid experience with sales.
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-level customer management
Documented results as Key Account Manager or similar
Experience in developing sales plans, negotiating contracts and pricing plans
Understanding technical solutions and complex sales processes
Strong skills in forecasting and budget management
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Personal skills
Relationship builder and strong communicator
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture
Independent, proactive and goal-oriented
Thrives in a growth-oriented and dynamic organization
