Do you have solid experience with international shipping, customs documentation, and coordinating complex deliveries? Are you comfortable handling daily logistics operations, preparing shipping documentation and ensuring shipments move efficiently through global supply chains?

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator who will play a key role in executing daily shipping activities, verifying shipment details such as weights, quantities and packaging, and preparing shipping plans for customers. You will work closely with customers, carriers and internal teams to organise shipments, provide tracking updates, and ensure that all import/export documentation complies with customs regulations and international trade requirements.

The position report to Production & Quality Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• participate actively in daily shipping operations, including preparing documentation, checking orders and organising shipments
• verify shipment details such as weight, quantities and packaging before releasing goods to carriers
• prepare customer shipping plans, including schedules, routing and required documentation
• provide customers with tracking information, updates and shipment status
• review import and export documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws
• maintain and organise customs records such as certificates, declarations and tariff documentation
• prepare and review packing lists and shipping labels, ensuring shipments are complete before dispatch
• maintain accurate shipment records in the ERP system

• prepare logistics performance reports and identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may compensate for formal education)
• 5-10 years of experience in logistics coordination, including international shipping and customs processes
• demonstrated experience creating and managing customer shipping plans
• strong knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms and international trade compliance
• experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• forklift licence is considered an advantage
