Export Control & Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

Export Control & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with national and international export control regulations
• Prepare, verify, and maintain mandatory export documentation and licenses
• Monitor updates to laws, regulations, and internal procedures
• Communicate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and external partners

Logistics & Daily Operational Supply Chain

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transport booking and tracking
• Prepare and manage customs documentation (HS codes, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Register goods received and shipped
• Support project and operational teams with timely delivery of materials and components

Procurement & Documentation

• Follow up procurement activities related to daily operational needs
• Ensure correct documentation (delivery notes, certificates, supplier files)
• Monitor order status and communicate updates internally
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, prices, purchase orders, and documentation
  (Not responsible for strategic procurement, component negotiations, or Contract Manufacturing follow‑up)

Internal Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Maintain oversight of internal stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Develop simple routines for receiving, storing, and issuing materials internally
• Ensure clear labelling, traceability, and storage in accordance with internal procedures

Administrative & Project Support

• Assist with cost tracking and budget follow-up in projects
• Support documentation, reporting, and basic financial tasks
• Perform simple invoicing and follow up related administrative processes
• Provide general administrative support as needed
  

Qualifications

• Relevant education within logistics, administration, supply chain, or similar fields
• Experience with similar tasks is an advantage, but not required
• Good understanding of administrative processes and documentation
• Advantageous with knowledge of export, customs, or procurement processes
• Solid IT skills and comfortable working with systems
• Good proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal
