About the role
We are looking for a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and successfully launch new products and solutions for an assigned product portfolio across the global markets where Laerdal operates.
In this role, you will define the global marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach to ensure the commercial success of the portfolio. You will align product strategy with customer needs and market opportunities, translating product capabilities and market insights into compelling value propositions, clear differentiation, and scalable go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and long-term portfolio growth.
Acting as the global business owner from a marketing perspective, you will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and regional marketing teams to shape and execute strategic marketing initiatives. You will ensure a consistent global narrative while enabling locally relevant execution, empowering regional teams to effectively generate demand and accelerate market adoption.
Through a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, you will help position the portfolio for sustained success and measurable commercial impact across international markets.
Key responsibilities
Drive global growth and market success for an assigned product portfolio across existing and emerging markets.
Develop and execute global product marketing strategies aligned with market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across segments, geographies, and use cases to expand adoption and market share.
Define clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that communicate customer value and differentiate the portfolio in competitive markets.
Lead global go-to-market strategy and product launch planning in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams.
Provide market intelligence and commercial insights that influence product strategy, portfolio direction, and investment priorities.
Develop scalable marketing frameworks, messaging, and assets that enable consistent and effective marketing across global markes.
Enable sales and partners with compelling narratives, tools, and materials that support strong customer engagement and solution-based selling.
Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics, and continuously refine strategies to strengthen commercial impact.
