People Operations Senior Specialist – Norway

We’re looking for an experienced People Operations Senior Specialist to join our Nordic–Baltic team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR and payroll inquiries and support employees across the full lifecycle—onboarding, changes, campaigns, payroll inputs, and offboarding. You’ll work closely with local HR, payroll, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and a great employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline HR support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding and maintain all HR documentation
- Manage and validate HR data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and GDPR alignment
- Support payroll with monthly HR inputs (changes, absences, allowances, taxation)
- Contribute to annual campaigns and benefits administration
- Drive process improvements, SOP updates, and standardization initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: Norwegian employment law, collective agreements, taxation, and tariff rules
- Ability to understand the bigger picture between HR lifecycle processes, campaigns, and payroll
- Experience from an international, matrix organization
- Professional fluency in Norwegian and English
- Background in HR operations or HR service delivery, with strong data accuracy and process orientation
- Skilled in HR systems, structured communication, and cross‑functional collaboration
- High integrity, confidentiality, and independent work style
