We are looking for a skilled Quality Advisor
Job Description
- Serve as a member of the Project Team, providing professional support and advice on QA matters
- Establish, implement, and follow up project QA plan(s)
- Lead and plan project-related audits and verifications
- Train and familiarize the project organization with QA processes
- Support the risk management process
- Control and direct the Quality Control and Inspection function and resources to ensure OI and client specifications are met
- Coordinate third-party QC inspection resources in conjunction with the Package Engineer
- Act as a driving force for continual improvement of processes
- Facilitate root cause analysis for nonconformances and ensure corrective actions are effectively planned and implemented
- Perform analysis of QA performance and communicate results internally and externally
- Evaluate HSEQ input in tenders and follow up subcontractors' performance accordingly
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a Quality Professional
- Relevant education may compensate for lack of experience
- Strong workload and time management skills
- Well-organized and able to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on HSEQ-related matters
- Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
Location: Stavanger office
Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension
