We are looking for a skilled Quality Advisor

Job Description

• Serve as a member of the Project Team, providing professional support and advice on QA matters
• Establish, implement, and follow up project QA plan(s)
• Lead and plan project-related audits and verifications
• Train and familiarize the project organization with QA processes
• Support the risk management process
• Control and direct the Quality Control and Inspection function and resources to ensure OI and client specifications are met
• Coordinate third-party QC inspection resources in conjunction with the Package Engineer
• Act as a driving force for continual improvement of processes
• Facilitate root cause analysis for nonconformances and ensure corrective actions are effectively planned and implemented
• Perform analysis of QA performance and communicate results internally and externally
• Evaluate HSEQ input in tenders and follow up subcontractors' performance accordingly

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Quality Professional
• Relevant education may compensate for lack of experience
• Strong workload and time management skills
• Well-organized and able to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on HSEQ-related matters
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills

  Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension
