Play a key role in driving a strong safety culture in a growing data center environment!
About CS Nordics
CS Nordics is a fast-growing company specializing in the commissioning of modern data centers across the Nordic region. We ensure that complex technical systems operate exactly as intended before a facility is taken into use. As part of the CTS Group, we work on some of the most exciting and advanced data center projects in the Nordics - and we are now building a strong team for the future.
Do you want to shape HSE in a company experiencing rapid growth?
CS Nordics is now looking for an HSE Manager who will take ownership of HSE across our projects and help strengthen our safety culture as the company continues to grow.
This is a key role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working close to projects and is motivated by building strong systems and processes in an organization that is evolving quickly.
You will become part of the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. The role suits someone who is proactive, structured and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly and projects move at a high pace.
About the role
As HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the company's HSE framework across projects in the Nordics.
You will work closely with project teams to ensure that HSE systems and procedures are implemented in practice - not just documented. The role combines system ownership with hands-on follow-up of projects, including site visits, safety walks and verification of HSE practices.
CS Nordics is still in a strong growth phase, and this role offers the opportunity to influence how HSE is structured and implemented as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's HSE processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and internal policies
- Maintain and develop the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)
- Support project teams with risk assessments, HSE planning and safety procedures
- Conduct site visits, safety walks and verification of HSE implementation
- Follow up incidents, investigations and root cause analysis
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the CTS Group HSE function and key stakeholders
- Support the development of future HSE resources assigned to projects
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strong HSE competence with the ability to work independently and take ownership of both systems and project follow-up.
You likely have:
- 8-10+ years of HSE experience from construction, industrial or technical projects
- Experience working on project sites and in operational environments
- Knowledge of integrated management systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Relevant HSE education or qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- The ability to structure your own work and handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the Nordics
Experience from data center, commissioning, electrical or complex technical projects is considered an advantage.
What we offer
- A key role in a fast-growing company
- Direct reporting to the CEO
- The opportunity to influence and develop the company's HSE structure
- Work on some of the most advanced data center projects in the Nordics
- An international and professional working environment
- Competitive salary and conditions
