The Roles: 

Both roles will work closely with product managers, developers, and a UX Lead but you’ll have plenty of space to manage your time, own your work and bring your ideas to life. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with our Product Owners to design our applications 
• Conduct design audits, user research, user flows, and information architecture for documentation 
• Facilitate design workshops to optimize user experience in our applications 
• Support the development team with detailed wireframes and interactive models 
• Perform user testing to validate design proposals 
• Analyze, prioritize, and develop requirements together with key people based on user feedback

Desired skills:  

You are able to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, and you have hands-on experience conducting user research and interviews. You know how to turn insights into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, and you are comfortable working end-to-end in the UX process. Familiarity with Design Thinking and the Double Diamond framework is considered a strong advantage. 

Qualifications and experience include: 

• 2–5 years of experience in UX design, preferably supported by a degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field 
• Experience working on software product development, ideally within financial or accounting software 
• Strong familiarity with wireframing and prototyping practices 
• Proficiency in design tools, preferably Figma 
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams 
• Experience with UI design is a plus 
• English is often the working language, but you must be able to conduct meetings, interviews, and workshops in Norwegian 

A portfolio is required as part of your application.  

The position is primarily based at Azets’ offices in Skøyen, Oslo.
