Join SLB as a Lead UX Designer

As Lead UX Designer, you will define the UX vision and strategy for an entire product portfolio within the production domain rather than just a single product while staying hands-on with design execution. Your mission: bridge legacy and cloud experiences, simplify complexity, and deliver intuitive solutions that empower users across diverse technical backgrounds. 

What You’ll Do 

• Set the Vision: Establish a clear UX roadmap aligned with business priorities and user needs. 

• Lead & Inspire: Mentor and upskill designers to raise overall UX maturity 

• Design & Discover: Drive user research, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and validate through usability testing. 

• Ensure Coherence: Deliver consistent UX across on-premises, cloud, and AI-enabled workflows. 

• Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops, communicate decisions clearly, and demonstrate impact with evidence. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 8+ years in UX/Product Design with leadership in complex B2B or enterprise environments. 

• Proven experience in cloud transformation and modernizing legacy systems. 

• Strong background in user research and applying insights to design. 

• Skilled in Design Thinking workshops and Design Sprints. 

 What You Bring 

• Expertise in product strategy, facilitation, and stakeholder management. 

• Ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive workflows. 

• Natural leader with mentoring and coaching experience. 

• Excellent communication and documentation skills. 

Bonus Skills 

• Experience in energy or technical/industrial domains. 

• Familiarity with AI/ML or data-intensive products.
