As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for leading the group further in this direction. Skanem is organised with group leadership and decision-making authority close to the business, and leadership is primarily exercised through strong local management teams. You lead through trust, clear expectations and focused priorities, enabling local units to operate with both autonomy and accountability within shared goals, principles and standards.

We are looking for an experienced and unifying leader with strong commercial insight and solid industrial grounding. You have experience driving organic growth in B2B markets and are able to connect strategy, market, sales and operations in a holistic and structured way. You are confident in the role of group CEO in an international setting and have experience leading across countries, cultures and different levels of organisational maturity – preferably also in emerging markets.

As a leader, you are clear, inclusive and people-oriented. You communicate effectively, build trust and create engagement, while setting clear expectations and demanding performance. High integrity and a strong commitment to ethics, compliance and responsible business practices are essential. The role involves close interaction with owners and the Board.

Skanem offers a senior leadership role for a leader who wants to take overall responsibility for continued development in an international industrial group. The position is based in Stavanger and involves extensive travel. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
