Job Description

Senior Discipline Responsible Engineer (Senior DRE) is responsible for discipline engineering activities. The Senior DRE shall ensure that the work within the discipline is carried out according to plan and that progress is reported. The Senior DRE shall ensure that potential changes/deviations are identified and logged in accordance with project change control system.

• Produce/understand new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.
• Produce/understand new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.
• Revise existing documentation and drawings.
• Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project.
• Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation.
• Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines.
• Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, lack of education requires 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• More than 8 years experience in engineering within the Oil&Gas industry.
• Must have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK, PTIL and API standards
• High degree of self learning skills
• Good communication
• Excellent Norwegian and English writing & speaking skills
• Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation
• FSE: Høyt- og lavtspent med praktisk førstehjelp
• EX: Grunnleggende EX, minimum 6-8 timer

Duration: 02/03/2026-02/03/2028
