Senior Project Manager

We are looking for Senior Project Managers to strengthen our Project Management department in Stavanger and Bergen. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead and motivate highly competent teams to achieve solid results in our exciting projects. 

About the position

We are looking for experienced resources with solid experience from EPCI-projects. We believe the right candidates have headed up one or more large EPCI-projects, and we trust you can document strong results from your role as Senior Project Manager. Furthermore we are looking for someone with the drive and ability to lead, and who are able to deliver according to time, cost and quality. 

Responsibilities and tasks include

• Responsibility to lead and drive FEED/EPCI projects in the frame agreement contracts, incl. M&M contracts and other modification projects

• Assure and reach Aibel’s budget and financial results for the projects assigned

• Execute and fulfill all obligations that is agreed in contracts (HSE, Quality, financial and plan targets)

• Manage external interfaces with other Contractors

• Assure that Aibel’s methods and systems are used in Accordance with W3 work processes

• Assure that the organization has the required and relevant knowledge of regulations, standards and procedures

• Perform active management of project assigned

• Perform active risk and change management within projects assigned

Qualifications

• Engineer with bachelor’s or master’s degree (Extensive and relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education)

• 7-10 years project manager experience from the energy industry

• Technical background and experience

• Contractual understanding

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both  in writing and oral – English and Norwegian
