Drilling Product Support Engineer

Do you have drilling operations and data analytics expertise to provide hands-on customer support in a forward-deployed role?

The successful candidate will work closely with client teams worldwide, traveling internationally for extended engagements.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing support of DrillDocs' technology for our clients.

You will become a subject matter expert in CleanSight® technology and the mechanics of hole cleaning, leveraging advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and data visualization to generate actionable insights.

In addition to your analytical skills, you'll be knowledgeable in the mechanics of hole cleaning and have a solid (5+ years) background in drilling operations.

Applicants must hold a Norwegian, UK, US, or EU passport and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time, often for extended periods.

This is a contract-to-hire position, starting in mid Q1 2026.
