L&D Coordinator for Norway and Denmark - (60% part‑time)
Do you want to build capability and culture through targeted learning?
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our PC&O team for Norway and Denmark and help develop our employees and leaders across both countries. You’ll also be part of our EMEA L&D team, ensuring alignment with regional strategies while adapting initiatives to local needs.
Role Overview
The L&D Coordinator plays a key role in implementing Learning & Development initiatives locally. You will collaborate closely with the regional L&D team, coordinate programs, and ensure consistency, quality, and adaptability. This role combines coordination with delivery— facilitating training and supporting digital learning follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Align local L&D initiatives with regional strategies and objectives
- Coordinate and implement programs, adapting content to meet local requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
- Organize and manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, and e-learning
- Deliver classroom training across various topics, including operational skills and leadership development
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
- Monitor and report on training progress, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Follow up on mandatory e-learning and compliance trainings
- Support performance management processes and own our LMS-programs
- Edit and translate L&D materials (Norwegian/English)
- Maintain accurate records and report learning metrics to EMEA and Global stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in L&D or HR coordination roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning; knowledge of Axonify is a plus
