Ferd | Operations Specialist
Ferd Capital is strengthening its operational backbone and is recruiting an Operations Specialist to support our investment team across reporting, documentation, digital tooling, and cross-functional coordination both internally and with portfolio companies. This is a key role in a small, high-performing environment where structure, reliability, and execution quality are essential.
What you'll do
- Maintain and develop Ferd Capital's internal operations processes, including internal knowledge and best practices, recurring and ad-hoc internal reporting, and support towards portfolio companies
- Coordinate digital tools and vendors (e.g. CapIQ, Bloomberg, expert networks), support cost tracking, and evaluate new solutions
- Contribute to budgeting, internal process optimization
- Support in our monthly reporting cycle, including consolidation, inputs, and sustainability reporting
- Orchestrate internal routines: support in recruitment of interns to the Ferd Capital team, onboarding of new recruitments, bi-monthly team meetings, etc.
- Support internal and external communications-website updates, presentations, and annual report inputs
- Lead and coordinate planning, and execution of corporate events, coordinating internally with other Ferd business areas and external towards portfolio companies
Who you are
- 3-7+ years' experience in consulting, operations, finance/audit, or corporate roles
- Strong at structuring workflows, managing multiple workstreams, and working independently
- Excellent communicator with high attention to detail
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or digital systems is a plus. Interest and experience with AI tools is a plus. Sustainability experience is a plus
- Team-oriented, reliable, proactive - thrives in a small and ambitious organization.
