Shipbroker Trainee 2026

As part of our ongoing growth plan, we are looking for Trainees to join our Shipbroker Trainee Program. Over this 12-month course, we will provide the training necessary to start a career as a shipbroker with Steem1960, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across our three core sectors, as well as operations and projects. Trainees will collaborate in a dynamic, engaging social environment and benefit from coaching by experienced professionals from day one. The program’s structure will equip you with the practical and theoretical knowledge needed to succeed as a broker; the rest is up to you.

Shipbroking can be highly rewarding, but it is a demanding, results-driven profession. The global, ever-changing nature of shipping requires unconventional working hours in a dynamic working environment. Becoming successful in this field takes time and requires an exceptional work ethic, dedication, and drive. Potential candidates should be highly motivated and prepared to commit to the program to succeed.
