Archer Oiltools is looking for ambitious IO Operators - Well Service Specialists to be part of our IO Operating Center

Our IO Center is located at Stangeland and the workplace will be at Stangeland.
The work rotation will be 2 weeks on followed by 4 weeks off, first week nightshift, second week dayshift.

The IO Operator - Well service Specialist reports to Field Service Supervisor

Role
This role will be to prepare and perform the specific IO operation planned for the client.

Your work responsibilities will consist of

• Run Archer Oiltools products according to procedures and guidelines from IO Center
• Deliver report and relevant documents in timely fashion after project completion
• Stay current with Oiltools product portfolio, its procedures and key functionalities.
• Be able to present Archer Oiltools equipment in detail to clients
• Be part of planning and preparation ahead of operations
• Lead and take full ownership of operations
• Participate in Field Trial and Testing of new equipment in workshop
• Support Operation department

What we are looking for

• Skilled work license, such as Well technician, Mechanic or similar.
• Courses and field experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• 5 years equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude, proactive, and ambitious
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Strong QHSE focus
• Extending knowledge of Archer Oiltools product portfolio
• Extensive Technical understanding, and downhole knowledge
