Shape the Future of Airport Robotics as a Test Engineer

As we scale, we're strengthening our testing capabilities and are looking for a Test Engineer who is curious, hands-on, and excited to work close to real hardware.

The Role

As a Test Engineer at Roboxi, you'll support development teams by validating complex hardware-software robotic systems. You'll work hands-on with real robots, helping uncover issues early and improve product reliability as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career or at mid-level who wants to grow their testing skills in a robotics environment and gain exposure to complex, multidisciplinary systems.

What You'll Do

• Execute test plans across mechanical, electrical, and software components
• Perform hands-on testing on prototypes and full robotic systems
• Support system-level, integration, and regression testing
• Assist with automated and semi-automated test setups
• Write basic scripts (Python) for testing and data analysis
• Identify, document, and help verify fixes for defects
• Maintain test logs and support continuous improvement of test processes

What You Bring

• Experience in testing software, hardware, or electromechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• Interest in robotics, automation, or physical products.
• Basic scripting ability (Python preferred) or willingness to learn.
• A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to robotics, embedded systems, or mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with sensors, actuators, or communication protocols.
• Experience using lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, test rigs).
• Awareness of safety, reliability, or regulatory standards (ISO, CE, etc.).
