We are finding a new roommate: renting out a private bedroom (7000 kr/month) in a spacious and well-located shared apartment. The flat has a large living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (the half-bathroom is mainly used by the tenant), a balcony, and a small extra room that works perfectly as a walk-in closet or storage space. Internet, floor heating and water are included; electricity is paid separately. A cute new matcha shop just opened downstairs, and the area is full of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores—super convenient for daily life.

We are three females aged 24–26, BI graduates who are now working. We’re friendly, easy-going, clean, and respectful. We like a calm, tidy and comfortable home environment and appreciate good communication. (Preferably a girl)

• 1 January 2026 - 31 January 2028

• Three months’ notice to terminate

• One-year rental is also possible
