Servicehistorie ukjent, men med tanke på nøyaktighet, må det kunne antas at uret har blitt vedlikeholdt i løpet av 14-15år.
Det får være opp til kjøper ev. å serve uret. Selv har jeg en pragmatisk holdning til serviceintervaller på klokker, server ikke annet enn kanskje trykktest og olje, OM jeg merker at uret ikke holder tiden godt nok.
Bil er det noe annet med, og litt mer kritisk om vitale funksjoner ikke skulle fungere der;-)
Service er BIG BUSINESS for forhandlere og produsenter, og etter min mening serves det mye unødvendig.
Dette uret er fra perioden da Panerai produserte skikkelige ur, uten tanke på kostnader, som man ser de gjør idag. Man finner mye info vedr. dette online.
Brukes i rotasjon med 7-8 andre ur, så totalt kanskje 5-6 uker på håndleddet i løpet av ett år. Og da stort sett bare ute av huset, noen timer her og der. Bruker kun klokkene til "representasjon" om du vil.
Noen hairlines og merker på kasse er det på en klokke fra 2011, men ikke noe sjenerende i mine øyne. Ikke synlig behandlet/polert urkasse, men dette er jo noe som kan vurderes å få gjort av fagfolk på "polering" av børstet stål.
Da vil uret framstå som nytt vil jeg tro.

A rarely seen three register chronograph Panerai
Why We Love It:
There's no watch more unmistakable than a Panerai. If you're remotely familiar with the brand, chances are you can already imagine what this Luminor Chronograph might look like. However, sitting underneath the domed sapphire crystal is an iconic watch with a few more quirks and features than your typical time-only Luminor.
The OP XII movement has 46 hours of power reserve and is a rarely seen Panerai 3 register chronograph. The 4:30 date blends in well and is color matched to the dial. The pushers are neatly packed in on either side of the signature locking crown.Yes, the 44mm case and the 24mm strap are bold. But with that boldness comes a feature-packed watch with a ton of subtlety that will please even the most discerning of Paneristi.
The Backstory
In the early 1990s, Panerai introduced the Luminor which marked a decisive first for the Italian founded brand. Panerai watches were to be made available to the general public, for the first time in the history of the company. What model did Panerai break into the commercial market with? You guessed it, the Luminor. The name is one that Panerai had used on various military watches since the late 1940s. It was used to denote the brand's pivot away from using a radium-based powder to give luminosity to watch dials in favor of much safer tritium. The Luminor has the Radomir, the previous radium-based model, and its accolade-filled résumé to thank for its DNA. Namely, Panerai watches were used by the Royal Italian Navy Frogmen Commandos. These Radomirs were manufactured by Rolex and capable of withstanding extreme conditions. The modern Luminor took both the watch industry and Hollywood by storm, catching the attention of Sylvester Stallone who then shared his affection for the watch both with the big screen and his acting buddy Arnold Schwarzenegger. With its traditionally larger size, distinctive hour markers, and instantly recognizable cushion case, there is no mistaking a Luminor on the wrist. This individuality was crucial to the popularity of both the Luminor and the entire Panerai brand. A few decades on from its first steps in the public eye, Panerai continues to push the envelope with the Luminor by offering iterations with various complications and dial designs. The Luminor platform offers everything from a clean and legible time and date model to more complicated combinations such as chronographs, moon phases, GMTs, and even tourbillon-equipped variants. The cushion case of the Luminor has seen it all while retaining the core visual appeal that helped define Panerai nearly a century ago.
