We are looking for an ambitious and visionary Head Chef to help shape a dining experience that stands firmly in local ingredients, Nordic heritage, and storytelling – while simultaneously aiming for international recognition.
About the RoleAs Head Chef at Hotel Union Øye, you will have the opportunity to create and develop a kitchen defined by seasonality, locality, and identity.

We Are Looking for Someone Who- Has solid experience from fine dining or high-end gastronomy

- Can build, lead, and inspire a strong team
- Has ambition and a desire to make an impact on the Nordic culinary scene
- Enjoys living and working close to nature, drawing inspiration from the surroundings
