We are seeking a Senior UX / Visual designer!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the design system library (components, tokens, patterns) using tools like Figma.
• Drive iconography modernization: audit existing assets, design new icons, and ensure consistency across all UI elements.
• Redesign high-impact dialogs and workflows for improved usability and alignment with updated guidelines.
• Refresh and enforce UX standards across multiple teams and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate design system updates into production pipelines.
• Conduct usability checks to validate recognizability and accessibility of visual changes.
• Coordinate with distributed UX teams to ensure alignment and prevent divergence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design systems and component libraries.
• 8-12 years of experience in UI or UX, ideally in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Figma and design token management.
• Experience with legacy software and modernization projects.
• Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in technical or engineering software domains, is an advantage
