Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced UX Lead

Job Description:

• Own the UX vision and strategy for a complex ecosystem undergoing modernization and AI integration. This role combines strategic leadership, team mentorship, and stakeholder influence to elevate UX maturity across the organization. The UX Lead will also drive design for next-generation AI-driven experiences, including agentic AI workflows and GenAI capabilities, ensuring usability for non-technical users.
• Define UX vision and roadmap, establish governance, mentor designers, and represent UX in high-level discussions. Additionally, lead the integration of AI/ML and agentic AI workflows into user experiences, ensuring they are intuitive and future-ready.
• Define and communicate UX vision and roadmap
• Establish governance, best practices, and scalable design frameworks
• Mentor and coach designers
• Represent UX in high-level discussions
• Drive UX analytics strategy
• Champion UX literacy through workshops
• Ensure AI-driven features are designed for usability
• Lead design for agentic AI workflows and GenAI-enabled experiences

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into user workflows

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years in UX/Product design with proven leadership
• Strong in product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-domain leadership
• Ability to bridge design, technology, and business goals
• Visionary yet pragmatic, collaborative, empowering

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their impact on UX
