Are you a structured, proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for marketing and communications? Then you might be the person we're looking for. Our Marketing Manager is going on maternity leave, and we are now seeking her replacement for a temporary engagement as Marketing and Commercial Support Coordinator.

At InflowControl, we are 60 employees working together each day to realize our vision of Changing the Oil Industry to become more sustainable and cost-efficient. We focus on supporting our customers to ‘Make Better Wells’ by applying reservoir management technology, including our patented inflow control technologies; Autonomous Inflow Control Valve (AICV®), Autonomous Outflow Control Valve (AOCV®) along with other complementary reservoir management technology.

InflowControl currently has nine offices worldwide, including our main office in Porsgrunn Norway, where we host Engineering, Research & Development, Manufacturing and Business Support departments, as well as a state-of-the-art lab for the development and testing of our technology. We are building a unique position in the market by helping operators to achieve their goals of increasing net oil, increasing recovery and reducing unwanted water and gas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing and publishing engaging content for our digital channels (newsletter, social media – especially LinkedIn).
• Maintaining and updating our website.
• Planning and coordinating our participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events.
• Developing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, roll ups, presentations, and case studies, in coordination with our external marketing agency.
• Assisting with internal communications and branding to ensure a good flow of information.
• Analysing and reporting on the performance of marketing activities.
• Be a proactive partner for the commercial team solving various administrative tasks and activities.

Desired qualifications:

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in marketing, graphic design, media, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably from B2B.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), CMS, CRM and ERP platforms.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
• Commercially minded and entrepreneurial, combining analytical thinking with a results-focused approach.
• Collaborative team player who builds trust and fosters strong partnerships.
• Highly structured and efficient, capable of executing plans from start to finish.
