Seeking a Sales Manager, Mobility, with a Passion for Customers and Clean Energy
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager, Mobility, to join our team at our offices in Karmøy. The candidate will be responsible for his/her own customer portfolio and working closely with customers and prospects to realize business opportunities. The candidate will help develop solutions that support decarbonization and a sustainable future for our customers.
Responsibilities
Identify new potential customers
Follow-up with customers and partners, including attending trade fairs and customer visits to connect with potential new clients
Relationship building and advisory support to customers, as well as contributing to increased awareness of biogas as an environmentally friendly alternative
Negotiation and conclusion of agreements with customers
Monitoring and follow-up of market opportunities
Close collaboration with the rest of the team and other departments within Molgas Norway
Skills
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
Ability to identify profitable opportunities and manage sales processes from start to finish
Excellent collaboration and communication skills when interacting with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Requirements
Higher education in marketing and sales, or other relevant fields
Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience, but open to candidates with 3+ years given the right competence and profile
Good language skills in Norwegian and English (Spanish is an advantage)
Traveling must be expected
