A room of approximately 10 m² is available for rent in Nardo. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared. There are four bedrooms in total.

If desired, the tenancy contract can be extended.

The dormitories are located on the first floor with a window facing the garden in a detached house that was completely renovated in 2019/2020.

The dormitories are furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, a desk lamp, and a drying rack.

Large hallway with an extra freezer and a wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and equipment for 4 people.

From the house, there is a short walk to the bus stop — a 4-minute walk to buses 11 and 22, with departures approximately every 10 minutes. The latter passes NTNU Gløshaugen, which is also within walking and cycling distance (approx. 20 minutes walk).

Short distance to shops — Kiwi Nardobakken and Nardocenteret are approximately a 10-minute walk away. Here you will also find a hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, and solarium.

If you like to exercise, the TrenHer fitness center is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Impulse training center is at Kiwi.

It is also within cycling distance to NTNU Dragvoll if you like cycling (approximately 4km).

The city center is a 30–40 minute walk, and bicycles/buses are 10 minutes.
