We are looking for a Program Director – AI Factory Transformation

About the role

Are you ready to lead one of the most ambitious AI transformation programs in the Nordic region? We are seeking a Program Director to drive the strategic design and delivery of an enterprise-scale AI Factory, with a strong focus on NVIDIA GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS). This is not just a technical role—it’s a leadership position that will shape the future of AI infrastructure and enable advanced machine learning capabilities across global business units.

Your impact:

• Strategic Leadership: Convert vision into actionable strategies and long-term roadmaps aligned with business goals.

• AI Factory Delivery: Oversee design and integration of GPUaaS for scalable MLOps, model deployment, and data-driven innovation.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ECOM, GDPR, and ethical AI standards, embedding transparency and privacy-by-design.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface with senior executives, sponsors, and technology partners—communicating impact and progress.

• Program Management: Lead cross-functional teams across regions, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery.

What you bring:

• Experience: Solid + proven experience in IT and digital transformation, with at least 5 years in AI/ML program leadership.

• Expertise: Proven success in managing enterprise-scale programs involving cloud-native AI platforms and GPU workload orchestration.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance, and AI ethics.

• Leadership: Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive strategic outcomes.

IMPORTANT! Norwegian citizenship with a minimum of 10 years of continuous residency in Norway is an absolute requirement for this role since security clearance will be mandatory.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with AI Factory tools (NVIDIA components, RUN.AI, MLflow).

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Program Management.

• Understanding of Nordic business culture and telecom sector.
