Restaurant Manager for ATTME, Wood Hotel Bodø

Wood Hotel Bodø is a unique Resort, sustainably built primarily from wood on top of Rønvikfjellet. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant, ATTME.

ATTME is majestically located on the hotel's seventh floor, offering an unparalleled 360-degree view of Bodø city, Landegode, and the dramatic Nordland coast.

You are a strategic leader driven by culinary perfection and adventurous hospitality. 
You will be the glue that ensures the service matches the unique dining experience ATTME delivers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

You will lead ATTME in a 100% permanent position, responsible for:

• Team Leadership: 
  Recruitment, training, and development of the service team.

• Quality Assurance: 
  Maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Operations & Guest Satisfaction: 
  Ensuring flawless guest experiences and serving as the hotel's food & beverage ambassador.

• Finance & Sustainability: 
  Budgeting, cost control, and actively promoting sustainable principles in line with the hotel's core values.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Leadership experience from an à la carte restaurant/hotel environment.

• Strong financial acumen and expertise in wine/beverage.

• An inspiring leadership style and a passion for service.

• Fluency in English (required).
