Günther sin lakesprøyte PI 365-54 hjelper deg med å forbedre smak, tekstur og holdbarhet i dine produkter. Lakesprøyten er utviklet for å opprettholde god hygiene med maksimal pålitelighet og presisjon. Med skånsom teknologi sørger den for optimalt opptakt av lake, krydder og andre funksjonelle ingredienser.
I PI 365-54 er kretsen for lake og elektriske komponenter separert, dette sørger for at laken din holder lav temperatur noe som gir bedre produksjonshygiene og bedre opptak.
Designet av nålbroen sørger for rask utskiftning, og enkel rengjøring. Det går kun en slange til nålbroen som fordeler lake til nålene, dette gir mindre grunnlag for mikroorganismer å gro i flere individuelle slanger. Dersom en nål blir skadet kan man enkelt erstatte kun den éne aktuelle nålen, og ikke flere i nålbroa, penger spart!

The Günther PI 365-54 brine injector helps you enhance the flavor, texture, and shelf life of your products. The injector is designed to maintain excellent hygiene with maximum reliability and precision. Its gentle injection technology ensures optimal uptake of brine, spices, and other functional ingredients.
In the PI 365-54, the brine circuit and electrical components are separated, ensuring that your brine stays cold. This results in better production hygiene and improved absorption.
The needle bridge design allows for quick replacement and easy cleaning. Only one hose leads to the needle bridge to distribute brine to the needles, reducing the risk of microbial growth compared to systems with multiple individual hoses. If a needle gets damaged, you can simply replace that one specific needle, saving you money.
