We are seeking an HR Business Partner!
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a well-established and international company in Oslo.
You will report to the General Affairs Manager and work closely with the rest of the administration team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in everything related to people and the organization - from onboarding and development to well-being and offboarding.
Your role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for further developing and maintaining the HR processes in collaboration with the General Affairs Manager and the company's management team. You contribute to a positive working environment, ensure that employees thrive and help the company achieve its goals. You will manage different HR processes in line with the company's global guidelines and in collaboration with HR teams in other countries.
More specifically, your tasks will be:
Registration and updating of onboarding/offboarding.
Administrate SAP system Success Factor – Career connect.
Assist in the implementation of global and local HR processes.
Close collaboration with the management team to ensure good processes, common standards, well-being and sharing of Best Practice.
Follow-up of sickness absence with NAV, as well as AMU and HSE work.
Analyse HR data and metrics (turnover, engagement, sickness absence) to guide decision-making and propose improvements.
Coordinate learning and development activities, including internal/external training.
Support compensation and benefits processes (e.g., annual salary review, benchmarking, bonus cycles).
Review employee engagement activities and surveys, analyze results, and follow up with improvement plans.
Facilitate internal communication and feedback loops between employees and management.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees seeking HR guidance.
Champion company values and culture, ensuring they are reflected in daily practices.
Liaise with global HR teams to localize corporate policies for the Norwegian context.
Who are you?
You have a Master's degree in HR or equivalent. A minimum of 8 years of broad HR experience, preferably from matrix organizations and international environments. Experience in leading change and development processes as well as support for managers. Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with great commitment
You are an enterprising and self-motivated HR generalist who has previously worked with several of the tasks you will be doing here. You have good control of the Working Environment Act and the Holiday Act, and have experience with portals such as Altinn, NAV and the Tax Administration.
Very good communication skills – fluent in both Norwegian and English. You will work with many dedicated employees from a variety of nationalities and are comfortable with English being the working language internally. Your work will directly influence our company culture and employee experience.
It is a great advantage if you have previously worked with HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Tripletex, Timebutler in addition to Slack and Office365. However, this is not a requirement, and you will receive training anyway.
As a person, you are a solution-oriented, empathetic and trusting person who likes to play others well. You thrive best in a hectic environment, and have complete control over your calendar and to-do lists. You are described as a real do'er, are hands on and for you no task is too small or too big.
