Account Manager – Event Tech in Tappin AS

About the Role
This is the role for someone who lives and breathes sales – who gets energy from building business, driving growth, and closing deals.
You have experience in B2B sales and know how to build a pipeline, negotiate effectively, and consistently deliver results. You’re motivated by helping customers succeed – and by that unbeatable feeling when a new client signs because you’ve shown them the value of Tappin.
In this position, you’ll own the entire sales process from start to finish:
Prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building
Presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
Contract management and follow-up
Maintaining sales forecasts and striving for continuous improvement
You will work closely with both existing and new clients within the event and conference market – with a clear goal: winning market share.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has
4 years of relevant experience in B2B or value-based tech sales
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
A structured approach and solid understanding of the full sales cycle (Tappin uses HubSpot CRM)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
