As our Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient execution of projects in line with our company’s values, principles, and strategic ambitions.

Responsibilities in this role will be to:

• Project Planning & Execution
  Lead projects from initiation to completion by setting clear goals, managing risks, controlling costs, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  

• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  Build and guide effective project teams while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  

• Reporting & Risk Management
  Oversee project governance through structured planning, regular reporting, risk tracking, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with internal processes and efficient project delivery

We are looking for you who can combine expert planning, clear communication and drive results, and we believe a background with these qualifications will help us get there:

• Relevant higher education preferably within engineering with focus on marine technology, petroleum engineering or other mechanical disciplines is valued.

• Solid experience with project management or project coordination, ideally within marine, offshore or other energy sectors.

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager for complex projects.
  

• Strong English communications skills both written and spoken.
