The MAGIC Evidence Ecosystem Foundation (MAGIC) is an independent, non-profit organization based in Oslo, Norway. We work to improve the creation, dissemination, and implementation of trustworthy health evidence and guidelines worldwide. Through innovation, collaboration, and technology, MAGIC supports the global community in advancing evidence-informed healthcare and policy decisions.
Role Overview
MAGIC is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead some new projects that involve both product and project management skills. This will include working on a new website portal, and associated learning resources.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position funded through project-based funding, with opportunities to contribute to other MAGIC product and project management activities as time allows.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Lead the product discovery process for the guideline portal / website and learning resource, including gathering and documenting requirements, defining user stories, and maintaining a clear product backlog.
Conduct user interviews, workshops, and usability testing to ensure that design and functionality meet user needs.
Collaborate with designers and developers to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centered digital products.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage iteration based on feedback.
Project Management
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for both the website and e-learning development projects.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, partners, and subject matter experts.
Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring deliverables are on time, on scope, and on budget.
Maintain transparent communication and reporting to MAGIC leadership and funders.
Support the dissemination and evaluation of project outcomes.
Cross-MAGIC Engagement
Contribute to other MAGIC projects, including digital product innovation, process improvement, and platform development as time allows.
Participate in internal planning, prioritization, and product governance processes.
