As Director FINN Travel, you will lead Norway’s #1 digital travel marketplace into its next growth phase, combining strategy, innovation, and commercial excellence to make traveling easy for everyone.

About the role

You will be responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and P&L for FINN.no’s travel vertical, covering five subsegments and a dedicated leadership team.
This is a strategic and operational role: you’ll define the long-term direction while delivering tangible short-term results. You’ll turn insights into products and services that deliver real value for both users and professional partners.
The role sits at the intersection of vision, innovation, and execution. You’ll play a key part in evolving how people discover, compare, and plan travel in Norway, ensuring FINN Travel remains relevant, competitive, and loved by users.

You'll report to

The SVP Scale & Growth Real Estate, and collaborate closely with colleagues across Vend, including Sales, Product, and Tech, to ensure alignment and visibility.

• A relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and knows how to influence and get attention across complex organizations.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven, and passionate about creating user value.
• A strong communicator who represents FINN Travel with clarity and energy, both internally and externally.
• Curious, strategic, and motivated by turning ideas into measurable results.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus – genuine interest in travel is a must.
• Curious about or have ideas about how AI can drive efficiency and innovation

What you'll do

• Lead FINN Travel’s strategy, execution, and financial performance.
• Drive growth through innovation, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Lead and motivate a strong leadership team while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
• Strengthen cooperation across Vend by securing engagement and support from central Product & Tech and Sales teams.
• Represent FINN Travel externally and position it as a key player in the travel ecosystem.
