Site Project Manager – Build Next-Generation Data Centers Across Europe

NordicEPOD is expanding fast, delivering large-scale power infrastructure to data centers across Europe. To strengthen our on-site project execution, we’re now seeking more Site Project Managers to lead installation, coordination, and commissioning of our modular power systems at data center sites across the region.

As a Site Project Manager at NordicEPOD, you’ll play a central role in turning our vision into reality. You’ll lead large-scale projects on construction sites across Europe, overseeing the installation, connection, and commissioning of our modular power systems (EPODs) — the foundation of tomorrow’s data centers. You’ll drive project execution on site, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring progress, quality, and safety from start to successful commissioning.

Representing NordicEPOD on site, you’ll lead delivery of projects worth hundreds of millions of NOK, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

• Lead installation and commissioning of EPOD modules at data center sites across Norway and Europe

• Coordinate activities between contractors, suppliers, engineers, and customers

• Ensure on-site progress, quality, HSE compliance, and accurate reporting

• Manage clarifications and drive practical solutions throughout the project

• Build strong collaboration across disciplines, teams, and cultures

• Represent NordicEPOD professionally towards customers and partners

Qualifications

• Education in electrical engineering, energy, or automation — bachelor’s degree or technical college

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project or site management, or technical installations within industry, energy, construction, oil & gas, subsea, or data centers

• Solid understanding of electrical systems and technical documentation

• Experience with commissioning is an advantage

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) is an advantage

• Strong communication skills; fluent English, written and spoken (Norwegian or another European language is beneficial)
