A lightweight drysuit in a class of its own!
Based on the world's first Ultra Light D9 drysuit from Waterproof, the D9X is an expandable breathable drysuit with technical improvements, specially designed for serious and/or professional divers.
As a leisure diver, you can always decide not to dive if environmental or weather issues are of concern or if you do not want to risk your equipment.
But for professional divers, it's not always a choice. To meet their need for equipment, which includes additional reinforcement, Waterproof has created this revolutionary drysuit, which without compromising on the Ultra-Light concept. And it only weighs 3.2 kg!
What's new with the D9X Breathable? The suit is newly developed and manufactured in a stronger laminated material - in fact the same material that Waterproof uses to produce drysuits for tactical military units around the world. Extra reinforcement from the elbows to the new Zip-Off neoprene cuffs, which are designed to be accept easier to any dry gloves. In addition, extra reinforced lower back and knees, 2 easily accessible pockets and XLITE soft, solid boots.
And yes, the D9X Breathable weighs slightly more than the original Ultra-Light D9 suit, but we know that serious divers are willing to put some extra weight in return for extra performance!
