We are looking for a quiet and pleasant person to join our flatmates at Majorstua. We have a cosy apartment with a large living room and kitchen 100 metres from Bogstadveien. We are a nice group of people in their twenties who study and work. It would be nice if you are our age and like to have a cosy, clean and tidy place :-)

There are fixed costs of approx. 990,- which covers hot water, electricity, heating and broadband per month.

A 3 MONTH DEPOSIT or DEPOSIT GUARANTEE MUST BE PROVIDED through TRIG FORSINING.

Primarily long-term residents desired, MINIMUM ONE YEAR RENTAL.

We share a completely renovated apartment with a high standard.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet street, there are 7 bedrooms. About 100 meters from Bogstadveien in Majorstua.
Ceiling height of > 3 meters.
Tiled bathroom with built-in toilet. Downlights.
New open kitchen with seating around the peninsula.
Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen - equipped with the most necessary kitchen equipment for cooking and enjoying a good meal.

The open living room and kitchen solution is about 35 square meters and also has a gigantic comfortable corner sofa, table, carpet etc. + 60" HDTV.
There is 250 M/bit wireless broadband.

SOUND INSULATION:
There is extra sound insulation between the rooms.
Each room has soundproof doors for extra comfort.
Here you can be social or retreat to your own whenever you want. So no uninsulated walls or double swing doors into neighboring rooms where you can hear everything.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Less than 5 minutes to tram 11,12,19, subway (all lines) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and bus 20, 22, 25, 28, 45, 46, F1 airport bus.

SHOPPING/LEISURE:
It is two minutes to several grocery stores. Just over five minutes to Frognerparken/Vigelandsparken. About 100 meters from the exclusive Bogstadveiens café/nightlife and shopping opportunities. About five minutes to Sats Elixia Collosseum and Collosseum cinema.

UNIVERSITY, SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES:
Walking distance to the University of Blindern (ca10-15min), the University College at Bislet (ca10min), Oslo MET (ca 10min), Bjørknes (ca 5-10min) etc.
