Tom Wood is a Norwegian jewellery house founded in 2013 by Mona Jensen, and our Company consists of approximately 60 employees across Oslo, Tokyo, and Barcelona.

About the role

As we continue on our growth journey, we are now seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our Marketing & PR team in Oslo. You will be a key force in shaping and executing our brand story and visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.

As Creative Designer, you will ensure that all visual communication is consistent, aligns with our brand strategy, and resonates with our audience, ultimately contributing to our department's goals and ambitions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Creative Director, and other members of the Marketing & PR team in a creative and dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities

• Champion and evolve Tom Wood's visual identity, ensuring its consistent application across all communication channels and materials

• Develop and execute high-end design concepts and deliverables that are aligned with our brand strategy and marketing briefs

• Support the creative and artistic direction of various productions, including still photography, video shoots, social media content, and advertising, ensuring they reflect the Tom Wood brand

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets in accordance with the marketing plan and production schedules

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment on all creative and artistic direction, fostering a positive and growth-oriented creative environment

• Staying at the forefront of industry trends, design innovations, and continuously exploring new inspiring ideas is important

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on schedule as per the marketing plan

 We are looking for someone who

• Proven experience in a similar creative design role, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods sector

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail, composition, and typography

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g.,Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and its preferred if you are comfortable with motion graphics and/or editing software

• Experience in supporting photo and video production is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and work effectively within a team

• Curiosity across platforms, new technology, and diverse forms and expressions is preferred

• Self driven, structured and proactive

• Comfortable and eager to work across both digital and print mediums, from social media content to coffee table books

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages is a plus
